dc.description.abstractThe University of Lilongwe (hereinafter referred to as "the University") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, professional conduct, and ethical behaviour among its academic staff. This Disciplinary Policy establishes clear, fair, and transparent procedures for addressing instances of misconduct or unsatisfactory performance by academic staff members. The policy aims to ensure that disciplinary matters are handled consistently, proportionately, and in accordance with the principles of natural justice and the relevant laws of the Republic of Malawi, including the Employment Act (Cap. 55:02) and the Universities policies
