Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree at the University of Lilongwe will take advantage of an exciting blend of professional and academic journalism training. Our degree combines academic communications theory and practice with hands-on training in media writing, radio, video and online media production and media relations. A wide range of skills catered to the demands of the journalism industry are offered. With these skills, our graduates are being prepared to enter fields like international communications, media regulation and public policy, print, broadcast, and online journalism, media, and public relations.
