Abstract
These procedures operationalize the University of Lilongwe Credit Transfer Policy
(ACDM/ADM/001/21). They provide detailed, step-by-step guidance to students, faculty, and
administrative staff involved in the credit transfer process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and
transparency in all credit transfer decisions.
These procedures apply to all prospective and currently enrolled students seeking to transfer
academic credits from recognized external institutions into undergraduate or postgraduate
programmes at the University of Lilongwe.
